How to choose your ring size

• Take a ring you already wear and that feels comfortable.
• Measure it with a ruler or digital calipers. Measure the inside diameter, that is, the distance from one end to the other on the inside.
• Find the measurement in millimeters on the chart and locate your size.
• If you are between two sizes, always choose the larger size for greater comfort.
